Anticipatory Grief?
Post Body

(I'm on mobile, please excuse the formatting)

Hey everyone. I'm going through the process of losing my aunt and uncle, as of right now, they have Alztimers & I'm very close with them, and I'm very scared about how I'm going to grief them. I know that it's not a one size fits all process, but I just feel extremely unprepared for this loss.

I'm only 29, but I've had many significant losses in my life, and I just feel as heartbroken as the last time. I hope this doesn't seem like a rambling, but I just wanted to let my feelings out because this has weighed so heavily on my heart.

Thanks for listening.
