Unequal points costs for the same models and less 0CP uses
Post Body

Has anyone else noticed how they charge the Grey Knights more for the exact same datasheet regular marine chapters get? Stormravens cost 25 points more (265 vs 240) for GKs while being the exact same datasheet. Why? Because f you, thats why.

Then there's the Grandmaster whose equivalent for regular SMs would be the captain in terminator armor. Both cost 95pts , Grandmasters have one wound more and an arguably better ranged weapon in the psycannon, but the captain gets an actual power fist and let's be honest, we all would gladly trade the effectively AP0 psycannon for a storm bolter with power fist or thunder hammer. But the real kicker here - the captain can use his 0CP strat once per battle round and has a wider selection of battle tactics, whereas the grandmaster can use it a grand total of once on a single stratagem... really GW? One can use free strats even if they've already been used up to 5 TIMES PER GAME, but they cost the same?! Id rather have kept the bad demon hammer on the dreadknight and gotten a somewhat appropriately costed AT flyer that can transport the slow ass venerable dread reroll machine and a grandmaster that can get me devastating wounds for 0CP more than once per game which would solve the high toughness issue better than a slightly better daemon hammer on a datasheet that still isnt up to snuff in terms of durability for 185pts.

Thanks for reading this rant piece. Cheers.
