February 2023 to August 2024. Natural transformation from doing absolutely nothing in terms of diet and lifestyle to tracking macros every day and adhering to listing 5-6 days per week. I had trained year prior to the first photo but had stopped completely during COVID. I’m convinced that this prior training lead to faster gains, as I was doing essentially what I had done prior to COVID but the gains came much more quickly.

I got up to 190 lbs after a year of doing something between maintaining and responsible bulking. Within the first 2 weeks of dieting I dropped down to 183, which I’m sure was mostly water weight. Since then, I have lost around 6 lbs of body fat over the course of nearly 2 months, as I’m not doing a huge deficit. My muscles are currently very flat compared to when I’m bulking, as I am significantly carb depleted in the final photo. I’m about to start bulking again probably in September. I would like to get up to around 185 at my current body fat of roughly 15% next year, which would require me to put on roughly 8 lbs of lean muscle. Hopefully I can do it because I could feel my noob gains slowing down toward the end of my bulk, and it’s reflected in my weight graphs.

Apologies for the dumb filter on #2, I couldn’t find a different one that was honest and not pumped.
