Hi all! I’m posting here in the hope of receiving some advice on how I can improve the definition of my body.
I’ve gained and lost weight plenty of times in my life, so I know I can achieve the discipline needed. However, this time I don’t aimlessly want to lose weight by eating less and running more.
I’ve worked very hard on improving my strength in the gym. For example, in a year my DB Chest Press has gone from 50x5 to 80x4 and my DB Bicep Curls have gone from 15lb to 40lb
I want to maintain this strength but at the same time, try and shed the flab around my torso. How can I achieve this? How much protein should I be consuming and what kind of exercise regime should I follow?
Any and all advice greatly appreciated!
For context, I try and get 1g of protein per kg of my weight now, although I haven’t been super consistent with this, but can make an effort to be more consistent.
