Does my gym have enough equipment to optimize muscle building?

I'm using an apartment gym so it doesn't have a squat rack or bench. I'm thinking I can build some decent starter strength with this equipment, but I'm eventually going to be capped once I'm able to start lifting heavier weights. This is what I'm working with:
Dumbbells up to 55 lbs
Kettlebells up to 30 lbs
Chest/shoulder machine
Triceps/biceps machine
Lat pulldown/low row machine
Leg press/leg curl machine
Captain's chair
