Looking to shed a couple more pounds to be able to see my abs without flexing. I know that’s not the most important thing in the world, but I’ve never been able to do that and want to experience it at least once in my life lol.
Any guess as to how many more pounds I should aim to lose?
Thank you! You think the trt would’ve played a significant role at this point? I’ve only been on 100 mg/week for 5 weeks. I’ve definitely retained some water weight, but I feel immensely better mentally. I get my bloods checked in another 5 weeks but my initial level was at 227 ng/dL so I’m curious so see what they are now.

I’m open about it. I had low testosterone, 227 ng/dL at 28 years old. My doctor started me on 100 mg/week of trt 5 weeks ago. I get my bloods taken again in another 5 weeks to see what it’s at then, but I’m only aiming to be within the normal reference range.
