Hey guys, Iโd love some advice. I know my legs and forearms are lagging behind quite hard, but besides that what should I work on? I feel quite insecure about my body and donโt quite know if itโs a specific part or just bd. Iโve been in a mix of rock climbing as well as gym. But, going to focus on just the gym for the next couple of months, should I just keep bulking?Iโd love some advice.
