22, 5’10, 185lbs natural. Pics are my progression from 15.5 -16.5” arms over the past year (21-22yo). Before this my arms steadily increased over the years until 16 years old at which point they became 15” and plateaud… at 20 I decided to focus on eating and lifting more effectively. So now at 22 years old I have 16.5 inch biceps, at 185lbs, 5’10. My main goal is get 200lbs lean, natty at like 15%bodyfat.
Do you think over the next 8-15 years I could achieve 20 inch arms whilst at 15-16% bodyfat? In this pics I haven’t trained triceps much until these last few months and I know this can add a lot of size.
