Hey all, so Iām a new lifter and I was just curious on how good my progress is.
I started training in September of last year after doing a drastic weight cut over last summer going from 230-170 with regrettably no resistance training cuz I lacked the knowledge I have now.
I started a PPL split and a bulk and made decent gains going from 50kg bench to a 100 kg or 225 lbs bench.
My only real source of info has been YouTube and tiktok so Iām just curious on if Iām making really good progress or just average progress cuz I see a bunch of talk about genetics playing a major role in your development
