So I use nicotine, caffeine etc. Great stuff, sadly theyโ€™re vasoconstrictors meaning they could hinder digestion and the delivery of nutrients to the muscle, in this case for hypertrophic purposes. I know a lot of influencers recommend stuff like nitric oxide, even cialis or viagra right? What would you recommend to counter it?

Things I already do: - Regular light flexing, low reps of body weight exercises (pull ups, push ups), during recovery.

  • Showers/baths: warm.

  • Arousal.

  • occasional shots of alcohol (social, I try to avoid).
