Hey all, Massachusetts baby witch here. Yesterday I took a hike at a local trail and used a plant identifier app to get to know the plants around me to get to know the nature around me and to look for herbs that I could collect and hang up in my home.

Apparently there are basically 5 plants across the entire hike I did, huckleberry being about 80% of it 😂 Maybe I just hiked a certain 2 mile stretch of the trail, but I’m having a hard time finding herbs or things that people would forage.

Also would love to know how to find what to look for in my area - I had trouble finding any info on that, so if anyone has any resources or guidance I would really appreciate it!
