I try to log in, either from the main screen or the shopping cart, and I get kicked out to a screen that requires me to complete a capcha and displays the message "Your request has been blocked for security reasons"
I complete the capcha and it kicks me back to the main menu...and then it starts all over again. I've tried running incognito and I've turned off all my launchers, applications, etc that I can and nothing makes a difference. I have verified my email and reset my password.
Any suggestions?
Edit to add: Tried making a new account and am encountering the same issue.
