Ahead in the early game but confused what to do mid to late game

So, as i've been playing graves, I manage to understand his play style well and abuse the strong early game, often getting ahead with scores like 6/1. But after the lane phase for all my lanes are over, I find myself confused and not knowing what do to and what my role is anymore, subsequently going 6/8. What now?
