Can’t login to Rockstar Social Club

I just recently got a new PC, and would like to play GTA5. I haven’t played in years since my old PC couldn’t run the game. So when I launched it up I had to log into the “Rockstar Social club.” Unfortunately, the email I used for the account is no longer available, and I don’t remember the password either. So, am I essentially screwed, and won’t be able to play ever again without having to buy the game again on a new steam account? I tried contacting Rockstar support about 10 days ago and they haven’t responded.
