Load times and your desire to play (bit of a rant)

Anyone else out there find themselves not clicking that icon because of the load times? Sometimes I've just got 30 minutes to play between work and other obligations and I just can't bring myself to dedicate waiting 5 minutes just to get into the game, then spend 5-10 minutes trying to get into a mission (if I want to do anything other than free roam).
I miss the good old days. Were there ever good old days? I don't even remember.
