This might have been brought up before but I think Azusa knows what Chisa's true (unrevealed) feelings are towards Iori (expect a flashback to when they were 10 years old at some point to cliche reveal Chisa always liked Iori).
Azusa then forces Iori to be Chisa's bf to get Chisa to accept her feelings but more importantly get Nanaka to stop sisconning after Chisa falls for Iori and then Nanaka is free for Azusa to take (slurp)
