Thought I'd post this for anybody that wants to know how to get the weapon skins for each character.

Each character has 7 weapon skins. 6 need to be unlocked in RPG mode. All unlockable weapon skins can be acquired through crafting or mission rewards.

• Weapon 1: Default weapon.
• Weapon 2: Vyrn weapon. Each is unlocked through a Bonus Mission in RPG mode, listed at the end of this post.
  • The mission requirements for these weapons are deliberately obscured in-game and have been discovered by the community. I take no credit for this.
• Weapon 3: Craftable weapon. Additionally, randomly drops from the character's Hard mode raid.
  • The drop rate can be particularly low if this weapon is an SSR. Farming the materials is more reliable.
• Weapon 4: Craftable weapon. Additionally given as a reward for getting A rank in the character's Normal mode raid.
  • You're very likely to get these just clearing RPG mode, but they're also very easy to craft if you somehow struggle to get the A rank requirement.
• Weapon 5: Craftable weapon. Additionally given as a reward for clearing the character's Hard mode raid without using support skills.
  • The "No support skills" requirement includes your partner, and can make the fight much harder. You may find crafting the weapon to be easier.
• Weapon 6: Craftable weapon. Some, not all, are acquired as specific rewards for clearing certain battles.
• Weapon 7: Craftable Character SSR weapon. The crafting materials include a character medal which only drops in the Hard mode Raid against the character. Clearing that raid in 60 seconds will give enough for the skin as a one time bonus.
  • This is the only weapon skin that requires hard mode progress if you don't luck into the skin with draw tickets

All SR and SSR skin weapons are potential drops when using draw tickets. Weapon 3 and 5 are easier to craft than earn normally. R skin weapons (including Vyrn weapons) cannot be acquired through draw tickets.

Non-crafting source locations for weapons 3, 5 and 6 may be swapped in some cases (e.g. Lowain's Hard raid drops weapon 5, and the no support skill clear reward is weapon 6). 2, 4 and 7 are always the same slot for the source.

Material drop locations

Champion Merit/Paper : Character battles. More common on Hard mode. Includes non-raid versions of the fights.
Omega Fragment/Crystal : Primal battles. More common on Hard mode. Includes non-raid versions of the fights.
Character Medals : Character Raids on Hard mode (free quests and episode 4 character battle aren't eligible). Also potential drops in the last 20 floors of Babyl, but players are more likely to access the raids first.
True Earth Anima : Used as a one-off for Soriz's final weapon skin. Drops from Yggdrasil raids on any difficulty.

Vyrn weapon requirements:

• Gran: Achieve 100% damage cut 3 times. This requires both characters to use a Phalanx support skill. Tip: AI characters will use the Phalanx support skill (if equipped) soon after a boss enters Overdrive mode. Wait for that, then use your own.
• Katalina: Equip any other Vyrn weapon in your grid, then beat the Amalthea Katalina battle in RPG mode.
  • Doe not work with DLC character Vyrn weapons.
• Lancelot: Use any Panacea skill at full health, 3 times.
• Charlotta: Listen to the full dialogue when you enter the shop menu (10 times)
  • The mission requires listening to her parrot, specifically.
• Percival: Sell any 4 SSR weapons. You can just buy 4 from the shop and re-sell them quickly.
• Ferry: Game over 5 times in RPG mode
• Ladiva: Taunt 3 times. Must be playing Ladiva.
• Metera: Manually skip 20 cutscenes. You can disable automatic cutscene skip in the main menu, under RPG Settings. Cutscenes can be skipped from the pause menu.
• Lowain: Beat Yggdrasil solo, as Lowain. Win with your own Yggdrasil summon.
• Zeta: Beat Proto Bahamut 3 times while playing as Zeta.
• Vaseraga: Clear 5 missions with no partner or support skills equipped. The initial tutorial missions before support skills are unlocked don't count.
• Beelzebub: Fight the final boss of RPG mode with Beelzebub on your team.
• Narmaya: Pause the game for 60 seconds total during RPG mode
• Soriz: Clear 5 fights with no weapons equipped except for the main weapon.
• Djeeta: Clear chapter 40 to watch the credits roll 3 times (Turn off event skip in rpg mode, conversations and credits roll can be skipped, difficulty doesn't matter)
• Zooey: Use the skill "Conjunction" as Zooey 5 times.
  • Conjunction is a reward for clearing floor 75 in the Tower of Babyl
• Belial: Get hit out of Belial's taunt, 5 times
• Cagliostro: Defeat Rose Queen using Cagliostro's SSBA, 6 times
  • Any difficulty works

Crafting Beelzebub's other skins

Beelzebub has different crafting requirements for 4 of his skins compared to normal characters, requiring boss-specific materials.

For Beelzebub's medals:

• 10 of them as a one-time clear reward for completing Beelzebub's free quest in Hard mode with an S rank.
• Drop randomly from the final boss of RPG Mode on hard. Low drop rate.

Other materials:

• Crimson Finger requires True Fire Anima. These drop from the Colossus raid on any difficulty, and from the Colossus fights in Babyl. They don't drop from Charlotta's Hard mode free quest.
• Wilhelm requires True Water Anima. These drop from the Ares raid on any difficulty, and from the Ares fights in Babyl. They don't drop from Katalina's Hard mode free quest.
• Ultima Knuckle requires Primeval Horns. These drop from any hard mode Bahamut fight (including the free quest version) or floors 75/99 Bahamut in Babyl.

Crafting Djeeta's other skins

Djeeta medals drop from her character raid on the Grandcypher (Hard), with additional medals available as a bonus reward from her free quest.

Albacore Blade has a chance of dropping directly from Djeeta's raid on Hard. You're likely to get a copy before you finish farming medals, but it can be crafted before even reaching hard mode.

Sword of Bahamut Coda can be acquired as a bonus reward by completing Djeeta's raid on Hard without using a single support skill.

Some of her skins require a variety of other materials:

• Bahamut Sword Code requires Bahamut Horns and Primeval Horns. These drop from Bahamut; Primeval Horns require the free quest.
• Alter Ego Awakening requires True Fire Anima. These drop from the Colossus raid on any difficulty, and from the Colossus fights in Babyl. They don't drop from Charlotta's Hard mode free quest.
• Sword of Eternal Splendor requires Gran medals. These drop from Gran on Hard mode.
