Is anyone else having trouble finding ranked matches?

Ever since about a week after lucilius came out I’ve been struggling hard to find ranked matches often it takes forever to find someone and when I did they were much lower ranked then me (I’m S think me going vs A and S ranks) and often it’s me running into the same couple people over and over again, I’m aware that he higher you go the less people they’ll be but I’m still only S , is anyone else also having this issue? (Also I’m playing from EU don’t know if it’s the same for NA)
