Before I buy: What's the consensus on the netcode in Rising?

I know it has rollback, but as we've seen in recent years, there are levels to it.
Some games have optimized and well-implemented rollback netcode, and then some games seem to have half-baked rollback netcode that needed more time in the oven.
Curious where this game stands.
