Nothing is usable for '69 'vette engine swap

So I swapped it and upgraded everything, and now it's not usable in any way shape or form, just has the warning where the pi should be, I've tried taking off the forced induction, changing the setup. It's worth noting the swap was done many patches ago, and only has been this way since one of the updates they did. Any help would be appreciated
