I have an item up for sale, and there is a very interested buyer. Every timeĀ he makes an offer, and I try to accept it, it says the transaction is canceled. We checked, and we both could not figure out what the problem was.
The buyer has more than enough funds in his account, and he says there is no issue with his payment information. There is no spending limit on his card, as he just made a $10,000 purchase a couple of days ago. The buyer checked and said there were no holds on his PayPal or Stripe account. When I check my PayPal and stripe accounts, I do not see any problems.Ā The offer he sent was $6000. Does the price have anything to do with the error? PleaseĀ advise me on what weĀ should do ASAP. It's been over a week of us trying to get this problem figured out.
