Will not having a letter of rec sink my application?
Post Body

Hello, all. I graduated with a B.A. in psychology in May of 2022. I am currently working in a research assistant position in a psych lab and am interested in applying to Master’s programs later this year. I have a terrible relationship with my boss and coworkers at this position, so I do not feel comfortable asking for a letter of recommendation from them. I was not close enough with any professors and did not have a faculty advisor for the college club that I held a leadership position in. Is my application a lost cause without someone to write me a recommendation?
