To make a long story short I am currently unemployed and blind. I have 3 years of previous work experience in purchasing/procurement from the hospitality industry. Think buying linens, ordering repairs for cleaning equipment, negotiating amenity prices (hate it), dealing with large chemical firms to fulfill requests, tracking inventory. I was never very good at Excel but I could always talk and work out the logistics. I'd like to think I could handle similar contracts if such even exist... I have seen some wild contracts (setting up a digital library for 300k anyone?).. but have never been clear on how to pin down those smaller, I guess "brokerable" contracts?
Since I currently lack a lot of savings and financing.. my idea would be to start small and aim for modest returns.
