I been trying to get quotes for a janitorial project.

I emailed out a summary of the bid to like 10 companies. None of them responded, I found sub contractor on Agni. They guy came out , but a guy at the site told him they couldn’t use him because he wasn’t gonna do the whole job. I would have tried to find another sub to do the other part. Anyway the site is no longer open to subs to get estimates because 1 out 7 people showed up today. Just my person showed up today. It’s been like 5-6 days since I personally reached to businesses. What am I doing wrong?
