For the Govee H6199 (LED backlights for TV with camera)..... would it be possible to use something like a USB capture device instead of the USB camera and turn it into a sync box style system?

I've got the H6199, but I still feel there's some small lag between the tv image and the lights changing. Since the camera is a USB connection, I was wondering if it's possible to use something like an HDMI splitter and USB capture card similar to a DIY sync box setup.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
