Harvey and Turner Theory

What if Harvey's other half is investigating the Court and he suffered a trauma because of them? We may think that he's a double agent but maybe he is going to bring about a reckoning Long Halloween style.
Another theory I have is Turner might be Lincoln March's real son and the other boy could be Harvey's from the secret hook ups over the years. That could be why he doesn't want Turner dead but would call into question everything else.
