Am I crazy or is the Jim Lee suits actually $25?

I just got the game in the humble bundle and I am so glad I decided to get it. Iām having an absolute blast and love this game so far. I even think some pets are better than the Arkham series. I know that the beyond and Jim Lee suits were a preorder or deluxe edition bonus but I went to look at the dlc page and saw them listed for $25 on steam. That seems like so much for a cosmetic dlc. Am I missing something? I really love the looks of those suits but the price is so steep. Do they ever go on sale?
