So, the Batsuit was leaked. What were you all expecting exactly? They never planned for the show to end this early. They had to rush the making of this suit in time after the announcement of Season 5 being its last. Had the show been given more seasons, the suit would’ve looked better. On the other hand, I don’t get the hate on the suit. People saying it looks too much like Nolan’s suits clearly haven’t watched those movies enough. This suit reminds me more of a mix of Nolan, the Arkham games, and the Telltale games. It’s not just Nolan-inspired. To everyone complaining about it, shut up. At least be happy we get to see Batman in his proper Batsuit for the end of a great show. I’ve seen people say “but the CW did a better job with Batwoman’s suit”. So? They have a bigger budget because of the success of their other shows. Also, people saying cosplayers make better suits without the budget, don’t know how cosplay works. They either make their own material, which still has to be bought, or pay someone else to make it for them. I know because I’ve talked to cosplayers at conventions about the money that goes into making those outfits. In conclusion, stop whining. In a day where we can’t be surprised with anything superhero related because of leakers, we have to be prepared to be spoiled for almost anything. That means we have to keep our expectations at a level that won’t upset us, or make us extremely excited. You can shout at me or try to argue with me about what I said here. I don’t really care. I love this show because I love everything Batman. Yes, I’m biased as hell towards comic book-related things, but what’s wrong with that? Just because I don’t criticize what I love doesn’t mean I don’t care about it. I hope that this show’s finale is kick ass and blows us out of the water. But, I’m not going to keep my expectations high. I love the Batsuit. I love Mr. J’s new look. That won’t change. But, if you disagree, that’s your own opinion.
