OK SO, we all know that the parents are just OBJECTIVELY bad (except Lily of course), but Rufus is just truly insufferable. The way he gets with Lily after Dan starts dating Serena, that weird family arrangement is terrible! And when he's like please no don't do it I love her, Rufus does it anyways and lowkey takes the credit for Lily saying no FOR SERENA and tries to act like it was his idea all along with Lily too.

Also the way he cheats yet always acts like he is "Holier Than Thou" is like absolutely insane. Let us not forget how he was being a KEPT MAN by Lily and when his investment was a scam (he's an idiot) and Lily was paying him back he got so mad about how she was giving him money, ok yes lying bad, but seriously there was no reason to explode like that, also you're taking her money anyways, live him HER house, and eat HER food. The only reason he made the stupid investment was for quick easy way to make money to feel more like a man (cause his ego is WAYYYYY too high for those turtlenecks he wears)-- like dude, get a job if it bothers you that much. You seriously invested EVERYTHING you have because there was no reason to pay for anything, but like dumb as hell. Also saying that he's more grounded and wants his kids to be and that's why them being "poor" is completely unacceptable to be upset about... Literally ok, not poor first of all, also you KNOW THAT SCHOOL IS FILLED WITH RICH UPTIGHT TERRIBLE POEPLES' TERRIBLE CHILDEREN and then you get ANGRY with your kids when they're relentlessly bullied and try to fit in? CRAZY.

Also notice how he always gives like the worst advice? LOL. He acts all sage and knowing but mans is not at all in touch and usually everything ends up getting worse when he's involved

I don't know, I could rant about Rufus all day, he's just like terrible and definitely my least favorite character, thoughts?
