Question: GR2 34L but applies to all-

I purchased a kydex frame-sheet for my GR2 34L and installed it the same day I received the backpack. It's always been crazy stiff, not very comfortable for travel which is the only thing I use the GR2 for, but I figured that's the point but the discomfort is real. Now I'm wondering if I cursed myself and should have kept the lighter and more flexible sheet? IDK, any input is appreciated!
