Need some advice about my carb and air filter

Hey all, so I just got this Zooma scooter and I was trying to change the carb and I noticed it's a two chambered Carberator and engine. How do I change my carb or at least how do I put a velocity stack on it? I have this killer K&N filter I want to put on it and can't figure out how. Can anyone help?
