I'm mostly making this post hoping to find someone to bounce ideas off of and help me define what I actually doing lol. Some quick background, I've practiced mostly short- medium term denial with lots of different restrictions in the past. I've had some partners/friends set rules for me before but mostly I do self denial.
Being trans I will refer to my 'male anatomy' as a clit. It feels really weird to call it anything else tbh.
My main goal currently I think would be trying to train myself to completely ignore my clit. I have a few reasons for this but the biggest one is probably how sensitive it can make the rest of my body feel. I think it's good step towards longer term denial too. I kinda want to set a goal like 1 week without touching my clit to get started but my end goal is training myself to not want to use my clit anymore.
I also started denying myself again yesterday. After a weekend of cumming and playing I spend about half of yesterday edging myself. Initially I wasn't planning to do any denial RN but I guess I can't resist. I'm not sure how long I'll want to go. Usually if I'm doing denial over 3-5 days I need rules around how I can edge to keep myself from going over too.
I'm just generally in a mood to set up a new routine with some rules and regular tasks to do too. I already have some ideas but this post is already way too long lol. Comment or dm to help me figure out what I want to do.
