So I (23F) had just put all of my underclothes and all of my usual wear in the washing machine, when it started snowing and I had to run errands. All I had was a really short blue dress that rides up incredibly easily. So I just threw it on, no panties, and went out. Technically I didn’t have a bra either, but I put on a sweater, so I don’t think(?) my nipples would show in the cold. I’m pretty sure it’s ridden up several times while I was walking, I can feel the breeze on my butt. I still have a couple more things I need to do before I go back, so if anyone has suggestions, feel free to put them here. This is the first time I’ve felt so exposed in public!
