Did A Factory Reset, Now Cannot Connect to IPV6!

My ISP is google fiber, I have both contacted the support team for google fiber and google wifi and they cannot solve the issue. I have already reset my network 5 times. I enabled IPV6 on the google home app yet I cannot get IPV6 (even though I had it before I factory reset it yesterday). I am on the latest software version (14150.43.80). If there is no solution to connect to IPV6 I will just use IPV4 for now.
EDIT: My network went completely offline, contacted the google fiber support team and they rebooted my network for the 6th time.. it came back online and I had ipv6 connection.. weird..
