Nest Wifi, wired IP Phone

I’m bought a single Google Nest Wifi point as a house warming gift. The house is 1,200 square feet, no Ethernet cabling.
She needs an Ethernet IP Phone in her office, but the Nest Router is in another room. Can I add another Nest Router and bridge them together?
I’m coming from the original Google Wifi points. Where I know this possible, but the documentation on Nest Wifi isn’t clear. It says to use Ethernet backhaul.
