Multiple IPv6 addresses

My father has three Google WiFi nodes, no hardline Ethernet connecting them. He is complaining that of one windows 10 PC is constantly dropping from the WiFi network. Naturally, I am assuming it’s a bad WiFi NIC.
When I look in the control panel, I see 16 IPv6 addresses for one host. What would cause 16 IP address assignments? screen shot
