YouTube App Cast Button Not Enabled

Is anyone experiencing the cast button as disabled on YouTube. I keep on clicking and nothing happens.
It shows up randomly after a few minutes and then works. I can't repeat the 'fix'
Other apps like chrome, photos etc all work fine. Other machines work fine too. Seems like an update recently has done something
