Bluetooth pairing problems (HELP)

So I have a pair of AcousticSheep SleepPhones here that have been working for the past months since I originally paired them. Today I accidentally clicked "forget this device" on them and since then I cant get them to show up in the bluetooth devices. I have googled a ton and read the manual, but nothing works. I have both my phone and the device in pairing mode and close to eachother. I've cleared the bluetooth cache and restarted phone without success. Please help!
