I've seen several stories of people who had their phone stolen in transit- aka, they got their delivers, but the phone was missing. My phone was delivered while I was gone, but my wife brought it in on the day it was delivered. Yesterday, I got home, opened it up, and no phone. I had all the accessories, just no phone.
I called Google and they are working with me. They had me send some photos and hand write some numbers on a sheet of paper and send them a photo (I'm assuming this is for some hand writing analysis).
But I'm curious for others who this happened to, what was the process like? How long did it take to resolve? Did they give you much run-around?
