I'm really enjoying P and all the new eye candy and goodies. As far as common complaints... I'll learn to live with the time in the upper-left. I'll get used to the gestures after a while (although, I will say that swiping down on the app drawer should bring you back to the app you were in, and not back to the app switcher).
But for the past 10-months, Google has conditioned me to be able to open my app drawer from anywhere on the home screen by just swiping up. This caught on quick with me, felt super intuitive, and very handy when you're wielding a large phone with a single hand. I was able to quickly and efficiently open the app drawer with just my thumb sliding up the middle edge of the screen! And now it's gone... and I'm just wondering why? It doesn't seem like it would be at odds or in conflict with any of the new gestures they implemented, since it's only applicable on the home screen. We're now again forced to having to hit a very specific spot on the very bottom of our devices, and then pulling ALL the way up to get to our app drawer.
