Battery Life and new issues

My battery life used to be fantastic, and now seems to be very lackluster. I went in and checked what was using it, and it shows 40% Android System and 30% Google services. The rest is normal, Facebook etc. Is there a fix for this? Edit: Android OS is also using about 17%
