I emailed Xentris inquiring about their USB-IF certified chargers, asking "Where can I purchase XENTVLPD‐XX2 or XENVPCPD‐XX4?" Their response is below.

The specific model numbers you inquired about are scheduled to be launched by Verizon Wireless in approximately 3 weeks. Once launched, they will be available for purchase at Verizon retail stores.

Xentris carries similar products at this time which are also sold at Verizon stores. The attached product sheets list the part numbers and features, for your reference.
