Navigation and other audio dims down during call

Okay so I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro and I am having a very annoying issue with my phone. Everytime I am in a phone call or if I am in Discord my Navigation or Music audio dims down. I can still hear it but it's is very low. It's really annoying when I am Door Dashing and I get a phone call while using the Navigation and I can not hear what it's is telling me. Does anyone know how to disable this feature?
