This is my setup. I have pixel 7 and pixel watch 2. I connected my Bluetooth headset to the phone.
I migrated to my current setup from Samsung S21 and Samsung galaxy watch 4. Some of the features are annoying, but I'm slowly getting used to them. But, one of the most annoying ones is with activating Google assistant on watch. On the galaxy watch, when I have connected my Bluetooth headset to he phone and then activate Google assistant on my watch, the music pauses and it picks up audio from my Bluetooth headset.
But on Google ecosystem, the music keeps on playing as if the watch doesn't know about the phone at all, and it still tries to hear my voice from the watch. It is so incohesive. And this is an important feature, as I want to activate Google assistant without taking my phone from my pocket all the time. Do anyone of you face the same issue? Is there a solution for this problem, or atleast one that Google is working on?
Thanks!
