What's happening on my Pixel 3

So I got a used Google pixel 3 in an okay condition. The screen has burn ins and the battery is retarded. It was working fine until I used it till the evening and the phone started to go crazy. The power button either doesn't work on pressing or brings the power menu, camera, or sos. And the battery drains really fast and the phone heats up a lot too.
