Play system Stuck on July 1°

Pixel 7, for the past 2 weeks my phone has found an update for the play system of 44 mb. I figure It Is the August 1° update but It fails to download It every time. For a week or so that update disappeared and It told me that my phone was up to date to July 1. This evening my Pixel has found again the 44 mb play system update but again, It fails to download It. Anybody else in the same situation? I don't care really because It was the same for me updating to June to July but every time I get Surprised to see how bugged the play system updates are, sometimes
