P7 Gboard aptic feedback goes missing when writing on whatsapp

Anyone else experiencing this? The only fix Is to reboot the phone (toggling on and off aptic feedback doesn't work). In my experience It happens often when I go to a chat on whatsapp from the homescreen ( like when i get a notification) and suddenly boom, gboard haptic feedback disappears. Edit: disappeared again, right while writing this post lol
