Strange verification issue: Google thinks our phone number is in Mexico

Post Body

Hello all… In trying to update our business information (we’ve moved from a home office to an actual office), we’re running into a strange issue. Although our phone number is listed correctly as a US number when we go to edit our profile, for verification purposes, Google seems to inexplicably think we’re in Mexico, therefore sending verification texts to what’s presumably a non-existent phone number. Naturally, we can’t verify, so we can’t update our business info for public viewing.

Is the only solve here to go with the postcard method? And will that even help, or do we have a Gremlin in our profile lol?

Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you!
