Service Business unable to do video verification, Please Help!

I am responsible for SEO for a service business and am stuck on video verification. We have a small office strictly for bookkeeping and admin. It’s a physical address but no signage, it’s not open to the public, and won’t pass Googles video verification process. I was on hold with Google for 2.5 hours with no answer and feel stuck. Can anyone help with suggestions? Thank you
