US text coming in as another country

Hi,

So i was texting someone who's number i have saved in my phone and suddenly their text started coming in as if they were from another country.

We both have U.S number and for some reason a 626 area code which is in Los Angeles California is coming in as a 62 6xx xxxxx number which is a country code for Indonesia.

I already tried uninstalling the updates and reinstalled them. Changed their number to include 1 as the country code and even just deleted their country code.

Any fixes? If it helps my device is also a Galaxy 23 Ultra
